For existing support structures (such as pergolas) we suggest to contact us for advise as some modifications with regards to fall, tie-downs and other aspects might be necessary.

In case of new roof designs we find that a supporting structure of powder coated steel or aluminium are most suitable. Depending on the chosen design, most of the off-site production is done on our premises. Our own facilities for moulding the POLYCARBONATE sheets and accessories allow us a reliable quality control. All our fabrications are engineer certified.

Note: * Lengths >6 metres are only available in 10mm gauge sheets

 

A typical kit supplied and delivered to client’s premises would usually comprise:

  • All framing members (powder coated), incl. fittings, accessories and fixings
  • Concrete for footings – if required
  • Flashings and guttering (powder coated) – if required
  • Roof sheeting and accessories, specially designed (for POLYCARBONATE sheeting) which are: Aluminium joining bars, aluminium sealing tape, rubber wedge (for superior sealing purposes), aluminium end caps, flashings, etc..
